FRDM Kids

Your first visit
From babies to fifth graders, our team wants to give your family an excellent experience.
When you arrive, our team will happily show you the way. You’ll go to the first-time check-in station where you can tell us a little about your family to help us serve you well. On our check- in form we’ll ask things like what allergies your child may have, how many children are in your family, and get your contact information.
Then, you and your child with both get a sticker with a matching code. If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, we will text the number given. If we are unable to reach you, you’ll see your child’s code on the screen. This sticker is also what you’ll use to pick up your child after service.
Age Groups
Note the age disparity between Nursery and Toddlers – what happens from 18 mos to 2 years?

Nursery
Ages 0-18 mos
Our church nursery provides a warm, safe, and loving environment for infants aged 0-18 months, where they can feel secure and cared for. With dedicated and compassionate volunteers, we ensure each little one receives personalized attention and a nurturing experience while you enjoy the service.

Toddlers
Ages 2-3
Our toddler classroom is a fun, engaging space for children ages 2-3, where they can explore, play, and begin to learn about God’s love. Led by kind and attentive volunteers, we create a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and early faith development.

Preschool
Ages 4-5
Our preschool class, for children ages 4-5, offers a vibrant and interactive setting where kids can begin to grow in their faith through stories, songs, and activities. With caring volunteers guiding their learning, we create a fun and welcoming environment that helps each child develop a love for God and others.

Elementary
Ages 6-11
Our elementary class, for children ages 6-11, provides an exciting and dynamic environment where kids can dive deeper into Bible stories, build friendships, and develop their faith. Led by enthusiastic and supportive volunteers, we focus on engaging activities that encourage spiritual growth, and a love for God.

We should put in some explanatory info here – we want to introduce the viewer to the content before they navigate away from the page. If we have Kid specific events, please let me know and I can engineer a dynamic approach to displaying them here.
Baby Dedication Section
These early years in a child’s life are incredibly important and impacting. No one will have more influence on your child than you, but we are excited to be able to partner with you as you guide your child to know what it means to connect to Jesus Christ in a personal way. It is simply a way of sharing your commitment to partner with God and the local church as you raise your children. This is a very special occasion and an opportunity to invite your whole family and other influencers into your child’s life. The event is to encourage you, the parent(s), and those who will walk and partner with you as you lead your child along in their spiritual journey.
Next scheduled Baby D service info will be dynamically displayed here.
Seasonal Section – i.e., Summer Blast
This section can vary depending on the season and whichever major Kids event is on deck. Related topical events can be dynamically displayed here.

Parent Resources
We believe the best way we can help your students develop a strong spiritual foundation is by partnering with you. Together, we can help encourage, train, and pray for them as they grow in their faith.
Partnering with parents
Here are some practical ways you can help us make the most of your child’s time spent at church:
Pick a consistent service time to help your kids build a relationship with their Small Group leader and other kids their age.
Pray for your children each week as they come to church, and pray for our teams as they serve and care for your kids.
Please provide links for three articles for go-live edition. Will work this into a regular workflow for periodic updates. We are not limited to displaying posts from Parent Que – the site can handle dynamic links from any online source.
